About Us

Scott Silverston is a National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) Certified Outdoor Skills and Ethics Trainer who has lived on Kauai since 1999.  He has traveled extensively and led back and front country trips in a wide variety of ecosystems throughout the world.  Scott is the author of Voices of the Earth, an Oracle of the Web of Life.  Scott is also an intuitive holistic healer who holds the degree of Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist from the California College of Ayurveda.

Before moving to Kauai, Scott served as a director of a major private international trade finance company in New York.  He received a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Duke University. 

Most of all, Scott is a  lover of natural beauty who spends his free time exploring Kauai’s garden paradise and enjoys sharing his explorations with interesting people from around the world.

Scott offers private hiking tours  immersing you in Kauai's magical beauty. 

All tours are customized according to individual preference and prevailing local weather conditions.

Whether you are looking for a gentle stroll through the rainforest, a major trudge down Na Pali, or a multi-day back country adventure, Scott will cater the tour to your preference and fitness level.

Full Day; $250

1/2 Day: $150 

Multi-day: Inquire

Tours are completely private.  You will never be grouped with another party.  Prices cover you and however many of your friends you can fit into our SUV.  (Up to 4 is comfortable but we can go 3rd World style if you desire!)
